    Installation issue


    I just purchassd GTAIV: The Ballad of Gay Tony on my Xbox one and while under the queue it says "recently installed" i cannot find it under games or apps. Ive spoken with a representative through live chat and they had me troubleshoot my account and that
    clearly wasn't the problem. Has anyone else had this issue and found a way to fix it? If not is there a possibiloty of a refund or store credit since the game is defective?

    Yup I've been installing from the disk for over 3 god**** hours and its only at 18%, thats after doing a full install that wouldnt load the game up at all.

    Do you own GTAIV? The Ballad of Gay Tony is an add-on, not a stand alone game. So it won't show up in games and apps.

    Hi there DuckTickler.

    What Smwutches said is correct. If you do not yet own GTA IV and purchase it, on your Xbox One console the Ballad of Gay Tony DLC should then show under My Games & Apps>GTA IV>Manage Content>Ready to Install.

    All modern console whether it`s an Xbox or a PlayStation download and install games to the hard drive.

    What is your internet connection speed? As this will directly affect how long it takes to download games.

    Just be thankful you are not downloading Halo 5 onto a One X, as that is a massive at 107GB.

    I'm having the same issue. Put in disk two, clicked A to install and a couple seconds later it says it failed to install please insert disk one.

    Has the game installed for you guys? I can imagine the issue possibly being the amount of users trying to install the game at once? If it still hasn't worked uninstall the game.
