    Installation issue on the Microsoft Store


    Hello,

    I recently purchased the Xbox Pass for PC, downloaded Age of Empires Definitive Edition on my main device (a tower PC) and everything was fine. Then I tried to install it on another device (my laptop) and I simply couldn't, the installation button is grayed,
    I can't click it and there's no error message.

    I tried to reboot, go admin, checked my internet connexion, disabled my antivirus and created a firewall exception, even tried to download it on another connexion... Nothing worked. Does someone know a solution ? Or has experienced the same issue before
    ?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that Age of Empires Definitive Edition is not able to be downloaded from the Microsoft Store to your laptop since the installation button is not clickable. We recommend making sure that
    Windows 10 is up to date. You can try performing
    a clean boot. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers
    and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Be sure to let
    us know the results!

    Microsoft Store Xbox installation issues

    Hi. My name is Brilliant and I am happy to assist you today.

    Can you try power off your console. Remove the power supply. Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds without the power. Release the button and plug back your power supply. Turn on your Xbox and retry downloading from the Store. Also make sure you have enough space for downloads.
