    installation glitch on Xbox series X/S


    Recently I uninstalled Rainbow 6, and after doing so it keeps trying to reinstall itself every time I turn on my Xbox. I do have the game on disk so I thought that may have been the issue but even after I took the disk out it still tries to install itself. tbh it's not the biggest issue in the world but it's annoying having to cancel installation every time I hop on the game, so any help would be nice

    This is an incorrect assumption. You can insert an xbox one disc and download updates that may improve visuals and frame rates on Xbox Series X/S but in order to play you still need the disc unless you own the digital version of it.

    Xbox Series X will utilize the Xbox One X version of enhancements while Xbox series S will use the Xbox One S enhancements.

    You will not get a free game by borrowing or renting a physical version of a game and installing it on Xbox Series X/S.

    You have installed the game version, if you purchased the FIFA 23 ULTIMATE EDITION XBOX ONE & XBOX SERIES X|S you will be able to install both games.

    Simply search FIFA 23 XBOX SERIES X|S on your Xbox Series S to install the correct version.
