Installation frozen at 83%

    Installation frozen at 83%


    I've just closed the first rift and got a cut scene then the game goes to a black screen with a message telling me I have to wait for the installation to complete. It says it's on 83% but that's the same percentage it was on 24 hours ago when this first
    happened. Can Anyone help? I'm playing the normal edition.

    I have a hard copy of the game my game has frozen at 5% installation then i get an error code been like this since xmas when everything went down

    Best thing I can think of is to delete everything thats related to Dragon age inquisition from your console and re-install it again. Then wait for it to finish installing and any update it needs before playing. Similar freezes happen to me when i play the
    game before it finishes installing.

    This steps work for me

    1. Remove the disc from your console.
    2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    3. Select System > Settings > System > and then Storage.
    4. Select Clear local saved games.

      Note Selecting this option will not delete any games or progress you have saved in the Xbox Live cloud. It will only clear data you have saved locally.
    5. Select Yes to confirm.
    6. Once your console restarts, try installing the game again.
    If this solution doesn’t work, try the next solution

    Hi when this happens to me I do this

    Uninstall whatever has downloaded.

    Clear local saved games ( don't worry you won't lose a thing)

    Install again

    Those three things in that order remove the corrupted download 99.9% of the time
