Installation Error of the Game Forza Motorsport 4

Good afternoon friends, I have a problem with the game Forza Motorsport 4 and it is... That today, the game arrived (bought as new), but the problem is that... when I insert Disc 1, I get the error that it is not recognized (it should be noted that it is not scratched or damaged), but when I insert Disc 2, it does read it, and it also asks me to insert disc 1. I would like to know what mistake I am making or if you could help me. Thanks community

Definitive was Forza. First war Forza Motorsport 4 I will love this game part always. I want Forza Motorsport 4 in backward compatibility. It was best Forza Motorsport game And ever will be.

Simply login into yout PC with the account that you bought the game with or have Game pass actuve, then open the app Microsoft Store and look for the game and install it, in this case Forza 4 (please note Forza Horizon 4 is a play anywhere title, if you
mean Forza Motorsport 4, it was never released for PC).

Disc rot is often microscopic and will not show on visual inspection. The game is close to ten years old, and even a "new" copy isn't new, because it's been banging around in unknown conditions since then
