Installation arrested

Hi everyone,

i'm a new xbox one s owner (plus game pass ultimate), i'm experiencing several problems on downloading and installing games from the store: the installation arrests for some reason, showing me the error code: 0x87e00005, even if the console
is connected via ethernet cable and the internet test perform right.

I've tried all the solution here proposed, such as changing DNS, unplug the power source for 5 minutes, resetting the console and undo the download, erasing the permanent archive, and sometimes it worked, but for some game (such ad halo 5, doom or MCC)
the problem just reappears every time i try to download the game.

Is there any other solution or i'm condemned to try and retry to start the download until it works?

Not yet, but the internet connection perform well on every other device.

Ot can be problems on their servers, during these days almost everyone is at home and thag can cause stress on some servers

I'm afraid that this is the only explanation, because my xbox is able to complete an installation only by night.

I'll wait and see if in the next weeks the situation improve.

It's really bad because i paid for game pass but i can't actually access to all the games in the catalogue.

Have you tried unplugging your router for 5 minutes and trying again?
