    Installation Almost Done; The Person Who Bought It Needs To Sign In


    This was purchased from the store with the only profile that is defined on the XBOX ONE. Our options are to switch profiles, but when that's selected we see the one profile that is defined.

    How do we finish the install?

    Also, the size of the file is only 19.GB, which seems way too small considering how long it took to download.

    This was likely due to a service alert that was up effecting the ability to play downloaded games and apps. You should be able to use them now that the alert has lifted. If you continue to have this problem please post back.

    I have the same type of error. Mine is for Nhl 15 (21gb) when it was for free for gold members but now when it is downloaded i cannot play the game, because of this message. I on the other hand do have other profiles, but im 100% sure that i downloaded it
    on my own profile and the other accounts that are available are for one of my friend, when we shared some games. But to get to my profile or his, he needs my passwords which he don't have, and he also didn't know it was for free so he couldn't be the owner
    of "my" game.

    Just got answers from Xbox support. Nhl and Nba were just free for a weekend or so... Installation Almost Done; The Person Who Bought It Needs To Sign In :(

    Will have to buy the games then...

    Do you share your account with anyone? If this error appears to require permission or buy the game occurs because of a failure to communicate with the server. When a NAT is restricted or moderate occurs a lot.
