Install game from XBox app

Discus and support Install game from XBox app in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Trying to install a game on my PC. I immediately get this error screen.     Install game from XBox app


    Trying to install a game on my PC. I immediately get this error screen. The big banner at the top says 'Fix it now' but none of those options fixes anything. If I click see here for details the error just says 0x00000001 and some generic message. Any ideas how to fix?

    This is running in Parallels desktop, Macbook M1 Pro, Windows 11 Arm64.

    Probably, my guess, is that the app isn't supported on Arm64. That would be easier to accept if the XBox app would just say that. Or even better, not give you the option to install the app on an unsupported platform in the first place.

    Yes it is still available. If you are trying to install the game on PC, then you need the Xbox app and the Ubisoft Connect PC app installed as well from the Ubisoft website.

    Just search for it on the app, then select it to install, and will install from the Ubisoft Connect app for you.

    EA play with xbox game pass for pc not working

    Do you have the EA Play app installed on your PC, and the extension turned on, in the Xbox app settings? Make sure you have these, otherwise, you won't be able to download and install the games from EA Play. Same also applies for Ubisoft games too. You need the Ubisoft Connect app installed to install any Ubisoft game from the Xbox app.

    And, when you say "I can install games now, but I still cannot see any of the games"

    This is via Xbox app? Or are you installing the games from the Microsoft Store?

    if you had games listed in companion app they then you either streamed from an xbox or they were installed via the windows store, if the game is not listed in the xbox app then download from the windows store.

    you can install the companion app from the windows store too.

    "Game is currently not available in your account." Error code 0x87E10BD0 for all Xbox Game Pass games

    The Microsoft Store only provides an "Install from Xbox App" button for Xbox Game Pass games instead of a download option, which then opens a game's install page in the Xbox App.
