Install error for xbox game pass pc games 0x803fb107

I subscribed to the xbox game pass for pc the other day and have been having issues trying to install Sea of Thieves. I am able to install other games included in the pass, just not Sea of Thieves. I also have friends who have been able to install it just
fine. Looking online I've tried everything I've found but nothing has worked yet.

Things I've tried:

- Updating Windows

- downloading through the microsoft store

- reinstalling game services

- running wsreset

- making sure I'm set to the correct region

Hi! Yes I have bought the game through the game pass for PC. The error codes I receive are as followed;

1. 0x80073d0d

2. 0x803fb107

3. 0x80070005

It also doesn't want to install the "Digital Ownership" since it need Admin privileges. Which my PC and current user do. I can't find a way to solve that issue as well.

Using the XBox platform, on the Manage Installs window, two games are shown as installed (I have an ancient AOE), it recognizes the partial install, but fails with Error 100% and error code 0x803fb107

Check downloads gets no response and Automatic Updates is on.

I have gone through the steps, and rebooted my pc a few times, at one point I thought it worked since doom did not appear in the Microsoft store of xbox app, but after I tried to install a game to see if it worked Doom came back and stopped the install.
