    I got an update for fifa 14 on my xbox one which stopped and now i cant play the game at all its a digital dl of the game not a disc im getting error code 0x80072f78 can someone please help

    Error Code: 0x80073cf3 [Installation Stopped].

    Yes shadow of mordor pass instalation stopped,but most content will download seperatly. Still needs to be patched though.

    i bought batman arkham knight in disc,and the instalation stops at 30%. it says,installation stopped. and a code error 0x87e00064. please help.

    Are you signed into your profile while trying to download the update to fifa? Have you tested your connection? What type of connection are you using to your xbox?

    I had exactly the same problem copying games off of a backup disk. It would just stop copying. The only way to start it again was to restart the box.

    Now I've got the games loaded performance is dreadful. Wolfenstein just keeps freezing, it's unplayable.

    It could be that an update is causing the installation to stop. Try taking the console offline for the duration of the disc install to see if that helps (delete the current install before you try this)

    Did that and also unplugged the power.. it's farther than it's gotten all day so hopefully that's a good sign. Thanks

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps solve the issue?
