    Hello.

    A long time ago (8 months) I signed up for the insider programme, but with a different account. I now want to enter the BETA part (instead of omega) and when I press it, it says "please sign in with the account that enrolled into the insider programme" or something like that. I don't remember the login to that account. Any help?

    I don't think there have been any console updates in over a month so can you please say if you are in the Xbox Insider program?

    If you are in the Insider program you might want to try posting on the Insiders

    Reddit forum    .

    If you are not in the Insider program can you please try using the
    update troubleshooter     and this will hopefully help to get the console updated.
