If your profile is wiped away then no because its linked but if you sell the profile too then yes.

The profile for future consoles will remember what you have downloaded In case you re invest in a 360 meaning you will lose nowt as the profile owner.

You can check if your console is enrolled in the Insider program and remove it if that's the case, by following these steps:

Download and “open the Xbox Insider Hub and go to Settings > Manage Devices, locating your device marked (current), selecting it, and then selecting Done”.

However, if you're using a stable build, may I know if you notice the same behavior on games when using a different profile registered on your console?

Ohhh just another thing! i noticed the console seemed to make some odd noise when its powered on, as is something inside was juddering.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. In the future block and report the user from their profile on the console.
