I need to be put in contact with someone who can work with me to remove me from the insider program, i have tried every support department microsoft has to offer, and after four year of trying to leave a program i never consented to joining or even had
knowledge i was apart of, the last tec support who tried to remove me from the insider program i was told was something called the back end team, i was receiving daily emails informing me that they were still unable to find a solution to remove me ,then the
last message i received was that they were closing my case because i had not responded to their emails about how they were still tryig to find a solution to have me removed, this is the kind of support i have been receiving for four years , and this last attempt
was one of the better ones

Hi, if you download the Xbox Insider Hub app from the store, open it up and go to settings>manage devices and you can remove your Xbox there.

 

There,was no devices connected to preview so xbox live enrolled my xbox x so i could unenroll it , so waiting the 75 hours it was no longer connected to preveiw but the app says im still an active insider member but it also gives me the option to join
the insider program , how can i join something im already participating in,your suggestion to unenroll my console via the app was also suggested to me four years ago , when i explained i do not have the app or ever seen it because i never signed up for the
preview team i know it was not on my console, and i was constantly being told to just go to the app and unenroll my self ,im not sure how you get the app in the first place so i went looking for it at the microsoft store and could not find it , so i could
not unenroll from a program i never joined because i never had the app that i couldent find, a few years passed with many heated conversations about this issue with xbox live because i was experiencing security problems which was comming from the preview program
but i was powerless to control as i could not even leave the program,, about two years ago i stumbled accross an app called insider and when reading the description it was the updated version to the preview team, so i downloaded it thinking i can remove myself
but the only option i was given was to join the insider program there was no consoles connected to the app because i would need to join the insider program something i was allready apart of to see if there were any ,so after i clicked on join i cold not find
any devices connected on the app and after contacting customer support on how to find my console i followed step by step their instructions on how to get there , but no consoles were found,when i asked what they were going to do to remove me as an insider
i was told that the could do it from there end and i would be removed after the next insider update , i have never had any notification that i was getting preview updates only system, so after about four system updates later thinking i would no longer be an
insider i needed to contact support about ongoing security problems ,and they said to because i was an insider i should post it with them, i told them i was removed from the program and was no longer apart of it ,but they confirmed i was and if i wanted to
leave i just had to go to the app and unenroll my console, im going to skip the next part because it contains about a year of swearing and is no longer rated pg,okay here we are at my present insider attempt at leaving, just review my fist message and thats
where im at stuck with ongoing problems security problems and dont get me started about glitches ,all i want to know is why im not being allowed to leave this program

 

Hi there,

There is actually an app for the XBox Insider program on the store. If you go into it you can remove yourself from the program, Ive actually done it myself to leave the program before as the beta updates werent playing well with my console.
