Insider reporting tool issues

Having a issue with report problem set up, It says to upload queue when it does not bother me? I have searched for said queue, nothing to be found? So I'm thinking that my reports are not making it to you from insider app? Its not uploading the reports I
send for broken or bug issues on my xbox? Its been a problem for some time now. Something is not working on the app or not being forwarded to you. Its like telling me there is a extra step I must take to forward report?

It would also be a good idea for you to report the problem threw the console having the issues with the report a problem tool. You can gain access to this tool by downloading the 'Xbox Insider Hub' app. Here's a link with more information on reporting problems
