    Hey, everyone!

    We've noticed some confusion surrounding the INSIDE forums and the Insider Program. These INSIDE forums are for the game on Xbox One, not for Insider Program issues.

    If you are having any issues with the Insider/Preview Program, you will need to navigate to the

    Insider Program forums    . If you do not have access to the link provided, then please create a post in our

    Account forums    . We can better assist you there.

    However, if you're experiencing any issues with the game INSIDE, or want to chat with others who play the game, please feel encouraged to post up a thread here.

    Having issue please read carefully.

    Hey there!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. In light of having tried most of the troubleshooting steps we normally recommend, I would suggest moving forward with a full factory
    reset     of your console at this time. If you can't get to the Settings menu to start it from there, we have steps on our
    system update troubleshooter as well.

    I cannot log into my Xbox insider hub

    Hello Wyatt,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Unfortunately, you will not be able to sign up for the insider program. This program is for adults over the age of 18. However if your parents have an account they can try and join with their account. Just
    have them download profile onto the Xbox and then go to the Xbox insider hub as you did.

    Please have your parents read over the
    Xbox insider program.
