Insider Program Issues!

Became interested in joining in with the Insider Program for xbox as some features were promising. Looked up the informative page on the insider program on the official xbox support websites and followed the instructions. Downloaded the Xbox Insider Hub
app from the store and started it up. Here comes the issue. It allows me to start the app no problem, I see everything as it should look at the home page of the app, but if I attempt to open anything else, such as Insider content, Content rate or anything
in settings it won't let me.

This image shows what pops up for me whenever I attempt accessing anything on the app. (Excuse crap quality, had to use phone camera on the TV)

I don't know what to do or how to solve this. Would really love it if this could be worked out.

You should contact the insider group with issues with that program.

If you recently installed the application, it takes a full 72-hour process for your console to be accepted into the program. When this happens, you should not have the issue anymore.

If you are in the insider program, you should be posting this issue in the Insider pages on Reddit. These forums do not offer support for the insider program.

Unfortunately signing up to the insider program could have caused this issue as its a testing feature and you need to report this issue back through the insider program.

This isnt a normal issue that happens to all xbox's and no even to everyone on the insider program, it has unfortunately happened to you, like i said, if you report the issue back through the insider program it can then help microsoft with sorting issues
in upcoming OS releases.

Can you please confirm if you are in the Xbox Insider program? If you are in the insider program this is a known issue and is also affecting the Store tab on the console, The Insider team are working on a fix for the issue.
