Insider program beginner

To join the Xbox Insiders group, you just need to search Xbox Insider on Store on your Xbox and download it and register. Once you have registered you should be good to go, although you may have to wait until an update becomes available to you.

From the insiders app, you also able to join other programs which are available to you depending on your level. The more you beta test the higher your level will be and the more programs you can join.

To leave the program you would follow these instructions:

1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One console.
2. On the main landing page, select Insider content.
3. Under System, select Xbox One Update Preview.
4. Select Join or Manage.
5. At the very bottom select Unenroll.

It can take a couple of days to be removed and you may get a factory refresh to reset your console.
