Insider Profile Emblem for Profile

It's your profile's privacy settings. You have it set so you either can't see user-made content or that you can't share it. Just turn this feature off & it should work for you just fine... Deleting your profile may help like Bird125 said, but if you're not
careful, you could risk losing your game save content - which would be disastrous if you put a lot of time into your game saves.

So far i havent been able to make an emblem at all with BLOPS 2 but BLOPS was totally fine from the beginning.

Have you been able to make an emblem in the past, or has it been like this the whole time?

GG thank you for that, it sounds like the exact fix i need as i think the warning box mentions user made content.

Unfortunately as the other tired old guy states i have no clue where to find that option, i tried looking in the profile settings but as i said previous i have no parental restrictions switched on

Try deleting your profile from your console and then download it again.
