    Insider Hub Switch Account button not working


    The Xbox Insider Hub on my windows 10 computer is logged into the a different account than I want it to be and when I hit the "switch account" button in the settings menu it seemingly does nothing and I can't sign out or re log to
    the account that I wish to be on.

    when i go into the xbox insider hub it sows that i am under 18, when i created my xbox account i meant to put it into adult but i clicked on the wrong button and now i cant access the insider hub.

    These things happen in the Xbox preview. the best thing to do is report it using the Xbox insider hub. press the Nexus button (Xbox Button) down on the controller until the shutdown option pops up, then select report a problem, and continue from there.
    If you can't use the virtual keyboard in the insider hub, then connecting the xbox app on your phone or tablet to the xbox will work just as good or using the console companion app will also work too.

    Hard reset to get the insider hub to work and then you can unenroll through the insider hub.

    Hi there,

    There is a feature to report a problem from your Xbox if you believe the blocking feature is not working. If blocked accounts are still able to send you messages then you can report the problem by having the

    Xbox Insider Hub app     installed and then hold down the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the power menu, report a problem while be visible from there.
