    Latest update installed. Selected top section to Manage enrollment and get Sign in request with error code 0x8004090a. Played along and selected Sign in and the only available account on this console, mine, appears in sub menu of Guide. Chose that and nothing changes. Still requests sign in.

    Bit hard to change or check preview rings without being able to get to the Manage section of the app.

    I am trying to change my preview group, but i am not getting
    Within the Insider Hub choose Insider content, scroll over to and choose XBox Update preview, then select Manage. There you will see what preview ring the console is enrolled in and the options to choose a different ring or unenroll.

    is a great place to report any console issues if it is enrolled in the program. Be sure to let us know the results!

    How to locate if you are registered in the Xbox Insider program:

    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
    2. Go to Settings > Manage devices.
    3. Any consoles that are enrolled will appear in the Manage devices area

    Is it possible a different account on your Xbox One enrolled into Xbox Insiders? If so, try signing in with that and access the insider hub from that account to opt out.

    Hi. I'm having the same problem. I'm aware of many of my friends that have recieved this update, but they are not part of the insider program. I have confirmed with 4 people so far.
    Well, that's weird.

    When you say "same problem" have you also used a OSU? If not and your console is functioning it's better to create another thread and post with your specific issue.

    Have you installed the Insider Hub app to check if your console is enrolled?

    If you haven't, go to Store and download, install and run it.

    On the front, under Announcements is a section stating "Console is in "... ring".

    If you select that option it will allow you to choose Manage.

    Select Manage.

    You first need to have the Xbox Insider Hub app downloaded from the Microsoft Store before you can report a problem to the insider team.

    If you're not too familiar with the app or program than more than likely your Xbox is not enrolled in the program since you need to have the Xbox Insider Hub app downloaded to join the program. If you want to see if you are enrolled or not follow these steps:

    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC.
    2. On the main landing page, select Settings.
    3. Select Manage devices and choose the one you want to remove from the program.
    4. Select Done.

    If you don't see any devices then your Xbox is not enrolled. If you see your Xbox listed and are enrolled, hold down the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the power menu. You should see "Turn off console", "Turn off controller", and "Report a problem".
    Select report a problem and the Xbox Insider Hub will open to the page where you can describe the issue and submit a report.

    Would you mind explaining what error you get when trying to add a custom picture and what method are you using to change the gamer pic?

    Also what error do you get when trying to view clips on Xbox Live?
