    Insider console stuck on OS:2402


    I recently got this Xbox one x and it’s in great shape, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot it for the last couple days only now to finally realize it’s in the insider program and it’s stuck on OS from Feb 2024 I can’t get it to get past the troubleshoot screen it wants me to update but idk how or where to get the correct OS

    Hi there,

    I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions.

    Also keep in mind that the suspension that is completed may have been a account suspension, while the console suspension is a permanent one.

    You also may want to ask what the technician you gave the console too what they have done.

    Maybe you can contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat to see if they can check if the console is banned or not. To contact them use
