    Lately for the last few updates, when the system restarts it will appear not connected to the network even though it’s connected.Only restarting corrects the issue. Is this happening to anyone else?

    did you use the offline update after disc was changed?

    Head over to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution follow the steps to update your xbox offline
    Yep...tried that and didn't work with the Beta Insiders Prgm…..

    I need to leave the insider program

    Go inside the Insider Hub app on your Xbox. Leave all programs including system updates, and beta tests. You should be fine after that.

    What worked for me was to leave the beta testing program from the Insiders hub and then reinstall the game. My girlfriend just needed to update it after leaving. Do check the Insiders Hub to see if you're participating in the beta testing, still.

    Thank you, in this case I can advise you one more thing:
    Perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
    For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with detailed steps and requirements):

    PS: if you're using an insider build / beta OS in your console you need to leave the insider program first
    If not, the offline update is not going to work
