    When I open the app it say's you can't join because of past behavior.

    same here and it gives the same error even when you try to report it on the Xbox.

    Guys, they were doing updates to the hubs servers its back up now, that was all it was.

    What did xbox say? The sooner you get to your Xbox the better. I don't know what else we can advise from here.
