    Yesterday i've subimmet a code key for Battlefiled 4 : China Rise.

    But i can't download th expansion ....if i try form store i see the i must pay 14,99 € .

    I called the EA support but they said me that is a your problem

    Ho immesso il codice key trovato nella confezione di battlefiled 4 : Delux edition comprata ma l'espansione China Risent , nonostante ad un primo inserimento, risultasse accettato il codice non lo posso scaricare ed anzi se ci provo mi dice che devo pagarlo
    14,99€.

    Ho chiamato come indicato il supporto italiano della EA ma mi dicono che è un vostro problema . Potete risolvere?

    The Taken King would have been on an insert with a 5x5 code on it to be redeemed in the store or on the website.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Can you try accessing the expansion pack from within the game? Also, please check commerce.microsoft.com to ensure that the code was entered on the proper account.

    the case the game came with will have an insert where the players manual is. the code as well as step by step directions on how to redeem said code will be on the same insert. unless of course you by chance bout the game used.
