if you own the game (make sure to sign in first) you can play any of those games, on PC or Xbox.

Xbox Game Pass Owners have access to the Xbox App (PC) games that are installable to PC and Xbox.

It depends, if the game is an Xbox play anywhere title you can install it on PC.
If the description doesn't include this badge you need to purchase the game separately on PC.

disc play well on friend console.

hmmm, it did take awhile for it to download. Are you getting digitally or game disc? I did it digitally and it took about 3 hours or so.

I cant event get mine to install, I get an error saying it's not backward compatible even though I can pull up the game in store for purchase & install. I get error code (0X8082000C) of the disk when inserted for install. not spending $20.00 to install
a game I already own.
