    Inquisition preorder add-on pack. failed install now missing totally.


    I did the pre-order from the xbox store, digital download, however the bonus pack did not install correctly. Now it's no where on my system and no place I can find it to download and re-install it. What can I do? I's like the standard edition pre-order
    bonus pack installed successfully. please?

    Unable to download Gears of War 'Brothers to the End' pre-order gear packs | error code 0x87e0012c

    I have a problem. I preorder Gears 4 physical disc. Install it, got the update. I do not have the Brothers to the End pack. I am missing the characters and skins. Xbox Live sent me a message for an operations gear pack which I can get on the 11th, but
    nothing else. How do I go about downloading this specific pack?

    Help with failed Minecraft builders pack download

    Hi,

    I have just got my first xbox and tried to install my Minecraft builders pack which came with the console but for some reason the install failed.

    I got an error message but did not write it down.

    When I now try to install the builders pack it states that the code has already been redeemed but the builders pack does not show on my console.

    Can someone help please?

    Sorry to hear it. If you ordered the version other than just the game then try deleting it and head back to the store to redownload from that package.

After researching your issue extensively, I discovered this issue and the solution via The Dragon Age: Inquisition support page Dragon Age: Inquisition Save Importer (ea.com). On the site, scroll down to Migrating Your Dragon Age: Inquisition Savegame and Profile on Xbox. Here is some additional information on this specific issue.

    Xbox consoles:

    • If you have preorder promotional items or Flames of the Inquisition items installed on your Xbox 360 console at the time of the export, you can import the savegame data on your Xbox One console.
      • If you do not have the same content installed on your Xbox One console, the save game loads, and you must equip alternate equipment and/or armor.
      • If you have the same content installed on your Xbox One console, the savegame loads as it appeared on the Xbox 360 console.
    Xbox consoles:

    • An online connection.
    • An Xbox 360 console system with a Dragon Age: Inquisition savegame.
    • A copy of Dragon Age: Inquisition for Xbox 360 with The Black Emporium free DLC pack installed.
    • Logged into your EA account in Dragon Age: Inquisition for your Xbox 360 console.
    • An Xbox One console.
    • A copy of Dragon Age: Inquisition for Xbox One with The Black Emporium free DLC pack installed.
    • Logged into your EA account in Dragon Age: Inquisition for your Xbox One console.
    Finally, the EA Play, Game Pass version of Dragon Age Inquisition is not the Ultimate or Game of the year edition. It is the base game. Did you own that addition digitally, or have the disc still? The support guide I provided provides the answers to why you are experiencing this issue. I hope these suggestions help!     I bought Aliens:fireteam elite deluxe edition on preorder but its not given me anything other than the base game

    Sussed it. Just went into the xbox store, found the delux pack and preorders pack and clicked on it and it now has the, you own this install option. Just find the packs (not the whole delux game) and it will allow it to download. Sorted
