    Your rights? You mean you're in a family account ? Once an age is set it's permanent, This is to prevent kids from changing their ages to bypass things. So while the system does let you change your age anytime. The system doesn't recognize it as a new
    age. It still uses the original info. You will need the person that manages the family account to make changes for you.
