Well, it's pretty hard to recommend you specific accessories or give you an specific set up due to you know that everyone plays in a different way

I can recommend you try looking the accessories compatibles with the Xbox adaptive controller :

I think you're going to get a better idea about what you want or in which accessories is going to fit better with you

You can purchase a large assortment of adaptive buttons here, any sort of assistive device that uses a 3.5 mm jack may potentially be used with the adaptive controller

Sounds like you have a good place to start, but all of this is very much individual and trial and error. You’re going to adjust your set up for different games for sure. I got my partner playing Forza with one hand only, but that’s not possible with every game for sure.
