    Since a week playing FC24 on Xbox Series S is impossible… I have a huge input lag/delay in online and offline gamesplay. I don’t understand what’s the problem. Network and connection are good, there is enough space on the drives, I reinstalled the xbox and game, switched and deleted account, tried another controller and monitor, changed DNS settings, changed visual game settings etc..

    Does anyone have an idea what this problem is and how to fix it?

    Hey Savageide,

    You may want to try clearing your console system cache memory. To do this you'll need to go to system setting on your dashboard then go to memory management and select you HDD, you'll find an option there to clear your system memory cache.. Do that, then
    reboot your Xbox and see if that helps your problem

    Hey there Savage,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with sluggish gameplay.

    Here are a few things you may want to try:

    1. Remove your hard drive and launch the game and see if you still have sluggish gameplay.
    2. Make sure all cable connections are securely connected.
    3. Make sure that the console settings are correct for your TV and A/V cable.
    4. Update your console software.

    Also, I know you said that Call of Duty has lag issues while playing online but:

    • Do you have this issue with any other games offline?
    • Do you have video issues with any apps or videos you play from the marketplace?

    Please let us know how those steps go and the answer to those questions and we'll go from there.
