Injustice2 Connection Failed

Hi i have Deleted and reinstalled Injustice 2 and reset the System/console itself and restarted it but none of it works it always says connection failed whenever my friend or i challenge each other to a 1V1 match how can i fix this? Im on Xbox Series S

Please both check the nat type

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

Under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type.

If any of you have something different than open try this

****You can also try a different network by using mobile hotspot

That error it's why you can't connect, the problem it's on the network and you will really need to reset it, or you can play using a mobile hotspot to connect the console

Hi Ricardo it says cant find tredo ip or somthing im not looking at the screen rn but i cant restart the modem due to not knowing where it is my grandma has it buried somewhere under or behind a pile of mess and it wont let me view any way other way to try when i press that didnt work
