Hei! Spør for en kompis, han har ett HyperX cloudstinger som har funket kjempe bra på xbox one helt fram til igår da det plutselig ikke var noe lyd, headsettet er ganske nytt, bare hatt det 1 mnd.

har sjekket lyd instillinger osv alt ser bra ut.

virker egentlig bare som om headsettet og kontrollen bare sluttet å prate sammen.

er ikke no genious på det her...

Ask for a friend, he has one HyperX cloud stinger that has worked great on the xbox one all the way to yesterday when there was suddenly no sound, the headset is quite new, just had it 1 month.

have checked audio settings etc everything looks good.

really just seems like the headset and control just stopped talking.

Hey, thanks for the answer, but everything is fine with the controller, and we tested with other headsets to and it didnt work, and i couldnt find anything on the troubleshooting page that had something to do with sound?

Yes it is a mute symbol there and the last update he did was 20th december 2018 and it worked until yesterday? Is it any way to fix this without that adapter?

Hi markus,

Did the console have to update recently to a new system build? People have been reporting an issue with third party headsets plugging into the 3.5mm audio port not working properly after the update. Is there a mute symbol on the top right corner of the home
menu next to the battery level? If that is there, then more than likely your console is being affected by this issue. The mute symbol will appear whether the headset is plugged in or not.

A solution to this would be to locate an Xbox One headset adapter but they are only included in the Xbox One Stereo Headset package and they are hard to find them by themselves.

Hi Markus,

As of right now there is no troubleshooting steps that will resolve this issue as assisting others with this same issue leads to nothing being successful besides using the headset adapter. This is something the hardware and software engineers need to work
on together internally and until a fix is released, the headset adapter will be there best thing to look into

A
factory reset would be the most logical thing to try which I suggest giving it a try yourself, but others have stated that doesn't help. If you decide to try, just make sure you have your account login information available as you will need to re-add your
profile during the reset and make sure you select to keep my games and apps.

One Chat Headset troubleshooting, specifically the section labelled "If others can't hear you".
