    I need help :/

    Hey mate, can you clarify the issue a bit? Those security settings should be tied to the console settings, not the profiles themselves. Are you unable to recover the profiles, to connect to LIVE in general? Thanks for the clarifying info!

    Is this still a problem they are trying to fix? It says that xbox live is up and running on the service status page but I haven't seen any updates on Twitter and I still can't sign in to Xbox Live.

    Your info should still be in the cloud, assuming you connected it to Xbox Live.

    As for why it's unable to install - is there an error message anywhere?
