Info about Enforcement team?

It has nothing to do with revenge or whatever your talking about. Any part of microsoft who enforces rules on games that I paid for should have contact info so use your common sense and realize that paying customers should be able to have communication
with those who enforce rules. The same way citizens can communicate with police officers the same should be said for the enforcement team.

There is no specific timeframe for how long a case review can take. It's very rare that they overturn suspensions as a lot of investigation goes on before issuing a suspension in the first place.

I don't think they've every explained why they don't have direct contact.

I get that it's frustrating and there should be more info to the process but one reason they don't allow contact due to possible social engineering and probably makes the process much longer.

An agent will thoroughly review your case and then the results will be posted on the Xbox Live enforcement website. You can keep checking the site, but there is no specific amount of time that it will take. It will get done once the agent has reviewed all
of the information and data related to your case. If its a console ban then it cannot be overturned but other types of bans could be. The Enforcement team is a seperate team of Xbox and thats why they don't have any contact information.
