Infinite Warfare CP incentive

I recently pre ordered COD infinite warfare digital deluxe edition and in the game description it says that you will also get 1000 cod points for Black Ops 3 but when I followed the instructions to get them, it says that they are not available. I contacted
Microsoft support twice and nothing we did helped. They just told me to wait and see if it shows up. So that's what I am doing right now. Hopefully it will show up soon

You can grab the supply drop by searching "Infinite Warfare" on the Xbox Store with the account that purchased the game and selecting "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare CP Incentive". This supply drop is not going to be sent out as a code.

This only applies to those who've purchased digitally through the Xbox Store.

Thanks for posting! For pre-ordering Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, you will have access to a 1,000 Call of Duty points, which you can download following the steps below:

• From the Home Screen, navigate to Store and then select Games.
• Select Search games store.
• Search for Infinite Warfare.
• Locate and select Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare CP Incentive.
  
• Select Download.
• Re-launch Call of Duty: Black Ops III after the download is complete. Your points have been added to your account.
  

As stated in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's description, you will receive 1,000 Call of Duty points instead of Crypto Keys.

Yes, I know. But when I go to the item in the store to download it it says that it is unavailable. I have tried restarting my xbox and removing my account from my xbox and reloading it. I know that the transaction when through for the pre order because under
my games it shows Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare 4 pre order awaiting release.

 

I am having the same problem pre ordered infinite warfare and iv shut down and on my xbox as more than 24 hours passed amd i go to store type infinite warfare i select cp incentive and it says it is currently not available and do i get to be in the beta

Idk about the beta.... So its been 7 days and nothing has showed up so I am starting to think I won't be getting it.

 

Well the beta would be cool to play since iv played almost all thier betas and im pretty sure legally theyll have to give us the cp incentive otherwise they false advertised product but i just want the points. today is my bday and im leaving internet
for a couple days and i still cant download the incentive pack and bo3 has a discount on the rsd and gg

 

O wow so my xbox account says i own cod iw but my bank statment says nothing was bought what is this.
