    Infinite sign in loop with Microsoft account


    For some reason every time I try to log in with my Microsoft account it goes into an infinite loop. I know its not m computer because I have tried to use 4 different devices to log in over many days. and other people are able to log in on their account on my computer. I can't even contact support about this because to contact Xbox support I need to be signed in. It seems to be a problem with my account but I literally can't do anything about it since I can't contact support.

    Hi,

    Does this error occur with all games or only certain ones, and are you signed in to the correct account/profile? Do you receive this ‘Welcome back’ prompt every time and you can’t continue regardless of what profile and game?

    Simply signing in to the Xbox Console Companion app seems to have resolved the error for others as reported in this thread:
