Infinite loading screen after trying to claim my 3 months of Xbox game pass

For the past two days I've noticed that several players are experiencing exactly the same issue when trying to claim the subscription included with their Xbox Series S consoles, so it's possible that this is a temporary problem related to that and not a specific issue with you. Still, I recommend that you try the following procedure to see if the issue is resolved:

1. With the Xbox turned on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it completely shuts down.

2. Disconnect the power cable from the console and wait for 30 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on as usual.

4. Check if the problem persists.

If the issue persists after that, and considering that other players are experiencing the same problem as you could see in the threads I attached, I recommend reporting the issue to the Xbox team following the instructions in the following link:

i have the same problem.. the console crashed during battlefield 3. now when i try to load any game in the loading screen after press start the console loading at the infinite

I did get the gamepass but I just didn't get the code for discord nitro and yes I did try loading the Xbox PC app but I had to update my PC and I tried to update it and it gave me a blue screen of death and im kinda scared to try it again also if

I’m am currently trying to claim my 3 months discord nitro in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but it is not showing up. I just bought Xbox Game Pass today and saw that Discord Nitro promotion was extended.

I just had the infinite loading screen after saving, quitting, downloading Lonesome Road and the Gunrunners + Couriers Stash DLC and then trying to load up my latest save again. What worked for me was loading up the Autosave instead, no loading problems
at all when I did.
