    Everyone who tries to redeem or buy 360 games in a country that uses (,) instead of (.) on the price tag. example: 19,99 instead of 19.99 will get stuck on a infinite loading loop. I personaly discover this problem on March when i tried tu purchase The
    orange box but i already saw articles saying it started on September. The support team always pretends they dont know this issue and claim to pass it on to the advance team (yeah Right) I got sick of waiting because it seems they dont care about the custumer
    on that way but i found a fix on red it that fixes this issue in terms of the free 360 games of the month i will put the link and wait for an awnswer of a member of microsoft explaning why are they ignoring this issue for so long. https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxone/comments/g1wxgj/for_those_who_frequently_struggle_with_the/

    Sorrybto hear that, and sorry to say but i had issues since March, i reach the suport daily, then weeklymaybe ten times in total, the respond was always the same, "oh let me report to our advance team to fix" and "tomorrow you will receive a email" none
    ever happened. Later i found out on the web that hundreds of people had same problem since September but nothing is done, so don't be too hopeful

    I was trying for them to fix, but if i didn't find that reddit article i was still trying to buy games. If a company is like this to Receive money i can't even imagine other issues, but i bet if this problem was on the U. S. A Store the problem was already
    fix. I have shame to go to the support chat again, xbox does not care for Europeans it is what it seems. Correct me if im wrong Microsoft

    The same issue for me. It is very irritating.

    Microsoft engineers, please do something. It looks bad from your side that such a big company can't fix this or they don't want. The issue impacts huge part of all users, so it seems to be a big thing for company image. If you want to win the consoles market,
    so you should fix such significant and common issue. Details are important.
