Infamous Error Code 224003 but hear me out!! Microsoft Edge (Xbox One S)

You wouldn't happen to be having the now infamous 0X8B10000B 0X00000000 0X00000204 error? I hate to say it but you're not the only one. I'm not sure there has been a fix for that as of yet. I'll also recommend you follow this thread:

I bought the XBOX One S Fortnite Bundle and would like to activate the Fortnite Code, but I get the following error message:

"Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."

I tried it in chrome, and edge browser, on the xbox One S and in the XBOX App on Windows 10, but it don´t work :-(

Now, the customer service closed and I can´t solve the problem before monday.

Can somebody say, it´s a problem with the Microsoft server or a faulty code?

If the code would be faulty, I must get another error message, like:

Code not found. Try re-entering it. If that doesn't work, contact the merchant.

PS: The card says it has to be activated on microsoft.com/redeem and I tried it many times on this website.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the MS Edge app on your Xbox One. You may wish to try clearing out the cookies/cache in the browser to see if that will allow you to continue on.

View and delete browser history in Microsoft Edge

If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

- Is this a regular Xbox One S, or an all-digital One S?
- Did the error code come during an update?
- Do you get any error codes along with the "Something went wrong" screen? if the error code starts with "E", you can just tell me the next three digits.
- Have you already tried using the controller's D-pad to navigate that menu?
- Do you have any external devices plugged into your console?

The XBOX ONE can also use the sainsburysentertainment app, once activated, just link to UV account. For some reason couldn't redeem codes on app though, had to go to Flixster through microsoft edge, also linked to UV acc., pick correct movie and enter code.
Can all be done on XBOX ONE. If like me you get a request for Adobe flash-player, you possibly haven't activated the app yet or trying to run from microsoft edge?
