    Ineligible for Xbox gold quest


    i just got an Xbox One S a week ago and noticed the Xbox Quest in the Xbox live gold menu for the golden Scorpio. It said to go to the quests page on Xbox.com to check progress.

    I went to this page Xbox Quests | Xbox

    But when I click on the progress button I get this message "

    Ineligible
    Oops! Sorry about that! It looks like you’re not eligible for this program. We appreciate your interest though!"

    Why would I be ineligible?

    What can I do?

    When I go to the Xbox Quests website it says Ineligible (I am an Xbox Live Gold Subscriber)

    "Ineligible

    Oops! Sorry about that! It looks like you’re not eligible for this program. We appreciate your interest though!"

    Xbox Quest Promotion Eligibility

    When I go to this site:

    Xbox Quests | Xbox

    and click on Check Your Quests Progress Here it says Ineligible on the following page. I have Xbox Live Gold... so I am not sure why I would be Ineligible, I was wondering if this is correct or if the website is just showing me incorrect info?

    Not a specialist but it seems you have to have a valid gold/ game pass for the full month. Check on this months if you still have gold/pass and see if it says different.

    Hey Necromancer,

    Are you posting in regards to March's Xbox Quests? If so, the rewards will be extra entries to win a 24-karat Gold Xbox One X console instead of codes being sent out. This is also the same for April Quests.

    In regards to your Xbox Quest progress, when was the first time you saw the ineligible message? Does that message still show on the page?
    I misspoke when I said participation prizes. They were called "rewards" for completing the quests. They (the codes) were not actually prize drawings nor were they listed as winnable prizes (as far as I remember) and there was still a grand prize drawing
    that you were entered into if you completed the quest. For example, some of the rewards I gotten for completing the quests were codes for GTA5 shark cards, 1 month of game pass, and 1 month of Gold membership.

    So my modified question is; did they remove giving rewards for completing the quests? Or is my mystery ineligibility what prevented the rewards for March's quest? or were they delayed to be sent out?

    The ineligible message appeared Sunday, April 22nd, when I went to the URL I linked in my first post and then clicked on "check your quest progress here". And I looked again and the message still comes up as ineligible.

    I saw what looked like new Quests pop up somewhere on my console dashboard (there were things I had never seen before) but when I clicked on them I got an error. Haven't seen anything officially for December yet and haven't seen what I saw since.
