Indiana Jones and the emperors tomb

When I search for this game on my Xbox app I get an error page, also it’s NOT in my game library, even though it was free with GWG Plus I bought it as it didn’t show in my library ( MS refunded this ) Xbox say they are investigating this and have been since February, I really doubt if they are bothering…..unfortunately as the games listing in the Xbox app only shows graphics, it’s very difficult to find a game in there, I have requested it be listed also as text titles, but nothing happens…

Does any one else have this issue with the app having received Indiana Jones and the emperors tomb free with GWG ??? ( perhaps someone could check amd see if they have the same issue )Thanks

My system is a xbox 360 slim. The first game i tryed to play was indiana jones and the emperor's tomb. The other game was Constantine

I just checked on my Xbox One. Indiana Jones and the Emperors Tomb is still listed in my download list in the Owned Games section.

Not simple have to go through support and message a gamer in the community, you could say you’ve been through any troubleshooting steps they tell you to do, saves a lot of time….I’ve been through it all several times a,d it’s been accepted as a global issue and they are working on it, so resetting or clearing the cache isn’t going to do anything…..have to be firm with them….if the community gamer can’t help and I guarantee he won’t, ask for a higher level support, keep the reference number if you get one I lost mine…….I reported this in February and several times after and just get told it’s being worked on…if you find any other games not in your library please let me know

P.S please report back how you got on…..maybe ask for the game library to be offered as a LIST option be easier to find missing games
