    Incorrectly upgraded to ultimate


    Hello

    I recently got the xbox series X with 2 years of gold (as a gift)

    I added the 1 year of gold, upgrade, got it turned into a year of ultimate, added a 2nd year of gold but now it no longer lets me upgrade it to 1-year of ultimate.

    I read online that I was supposed to first add ALL my gold and THEN upgrade to ultimate

    Can I get some support to make this happen please

    Figured it out I just had to break the virtual assistant and it finally gave up and let me request a callback

    BTW their Virtual Assistant code support is for US only, I bought mine in Canada and says invalid country code

    For any future reference the solution is to wait till current sub expires and contact them again to have them remedy the situation

    The contact us has no way of contacting them

    Chat and phone is down and has been for a long time.

    Neither are even offered for subscription related problems.

    I found this forum because I chose a different problem and this was the only place available to get help

    Game pass ultimate

    Since you upgraded to Ultimate, your gold was cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate as well. Cancelling Ultimate also cancels your gold.
