Incorrectly type email address while redeeming a reward

Hello,

I went to redeem a reward (fallout shelter lunchboxes) and accidentally typed @hotmal.com without the "i" in "mail." So I will not receive it. Is there any way to either get the code sent to the correct email or have the gems refunded?

After redeeming your points from Bing Rewards, an email should be sent to the email address you have registered with Bing containing a code and instructions on how to receive the Microsoft Points.

 

Need Rewards redemptions to go to a different email address

Hello,

I do not want to nor can I change my rewards account log in. That said, it is an old domain that Microsoft no longer supports and I cannot receive email to it or any rewards that would come to that email address. I need a way to have any rewards send to
a different email address while not touching my MS sign in account. Help!
