    Ich wollte mir heute den Xbox Game Pass (Ultimate) holen.

    Als ich jedoch meine Telefonnummer als Zahlungsmethode hinzufügen wollte kam immer wieder 'Incorrectly formatted phone number'

    Obwohl ich die Nummer richtig aufgeschrieben habe.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue adding a payment method. We recommend requesting a call from support. They will be able to assist you further on the issue.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Sorry I may have put it incorrectly I have tried that and they ask you for your phone number to have them call back but every phone number i put in it comes up with "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it.

    Try Again ive attempted every format of putting phone number in and hasnt worked so am getting nowhere :-(

    Momentan sieht es so aus,dass das nur bei der USK und nicht bei der pegi passiert!
