Incorrect Vip rewards and Rewards Credits Given

I have made nearly £200 in purchases for games etc on my console but not all of them have been accounted for , how do i get this rectified ?

I didn't get any Credits

I build up my VIP and did what it says and it doesn't look right. I didn't got any credits or any VIP stars. What i done to build my credit and VIP wasn't reconsidered and therefore wasn't updates for a while and so based on what i checked Xbox live reward
should give me 5 VIP stars and reward credits based on the VIP stars and a lot of reward credits you forgot to apply. At least 250,000 reward credits must be added for Reward team update i

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). Regarding your Credits for your February purchases, when you earned your first
star, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Your $6 purchase in June went towards the Rewards Hunters offer. Purchases that go towards offers do not also go towards MyVIP. From our FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

This is why only your $30 purchase in June had MyVIP payback. Your purchases in May continued to be reserved to complete a $10 amount in a following month.

A staff member will have to review your account and they will reply to you here. Keep in mind they work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work on weekends.

Also, keep in mind that they do pay in increments of $10. So while it sounds like your amount is off, your June payment would be based on $40, not $42.23. So $2.23 would carry over to July. No matter, just a small note. The staff will still reply to you
on Monday or Tuesday.

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month, so it's too early to see credits pending for July purchases.

As long as you're signed up for the Rewards program you should be able to earn credits through the VIP portion of the program. You just have to have been on a gold subscription for the entire month, you already have enough gamerscore to earn the VIP credits.
VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.
