Incorrect validation code

Discus and support Incorrect validation code in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; When I put in my validation code I kept getting told it needed the 4 or 7 digit code that was sent to my email but all I kept getting was 6 digit codes...     Incorrect validation code


    When I put in my validation code I kept getting told it needed the 4 or 7 digit code that was sent to my email but all I kept getting was 6 digit codes that didnt work. This happend when I tried to make a new account and tried to sign into my old one.

    Hey there Dragon! If you successfully entered the code and it's not showing in your History, you may have accidentally redeemed it to a different account. Please check any other profiles that are on the console as well as any that may have been logged into
    Xbox.com if you redeemed it online. Let us know if you find it in the History of one of these profiles. Thanks!
