    Incorrect start date on yearly XBox Gold Live subscription after I had a recurring monthly...


    I had a few days left on this month's recurring, monthly XBox Gold Live subscription, which ends on Feb 8, 2020. So, I did a switch subscription and chose the yearly subscription. I I entered payment information and confirmed the order. It is now showing
    the yearly subscription as taking effect on 08/02/2020.So, unless those number for month and day are backwards, I am not sure why it is showing my yearly subscription as starting in August. It should show it as starting on February 8, 2020.

    Did you check your account to see the expiration date of your Gold subscription? You can do that by going to your account and choosing Subscriptions.

    It's showing the correct date. It's in DD/MM/YYYY format.

    Is Microsoft allowing Elder Scrolls Online to be played without Xbox Live Gold?

    Also I should state that I don't pay for the yearly subscription for Xbox Live Gold, I pay for 3 month Gold. So technically I would be paying a pretty penny to pay for Xbox Live Gold and monthly membership for ESO yearly.
