    Incorrect stars for 2017


    Hello,

    I was checking my star progress near the holidays and was just barely under the line for having 5 stars going into 2017. I know I bought a lot of games during the holiday sale and wasn't stressing about it since I knew it said it would take a few days to
    show up on the rewards site. Then the stars went offline while they updated so I was just waiting. Now everything is back and I still see myself as 4 stars.

    Could someone please either DM me or reply back here and look into what happened or why my rating didn't increase? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

    Lost progress to next star

    MyVip progress is reset on a yearly basis. The last reset was January 1st, 2017 and all users lost their progress (you keep your achieved stars). You then spend during 2017 and get a new star rank in 2018 based on 2017 spending.
