    Incorrect Rewards Points


    Hi...I am a current owner of an Xbox One and upgraded to the new Xbox One S through microsoftstore.com. As part of this purchase, I should have received 50,000 rewards points but only received 249. Please advise. Thank you.

    Hello SkyFire1327,

    I believe you may be looking at your Microsoft Rewards Credits. The console upgrade offer was done through the Xbox Live Rewards program, which will place Rewards Credits into your account. These Credits will be placed as pending 15 days after your shipping
    date. They will remain there until the next available deposit date, which occurs bi-monthly. At that point, they will be placed as currency into your Microsoft Account.

    The 50,000 Credit console offers were only for select members. Since you were not chosen for any of those offers, you received the default 30,000 Credit offer. You are only eligible for the offers shown on the MyMissions page while logged in.
