    Hi...I recently upgraded to an Xbox One S from an Xbox One. I should have received 50,000 points but only received 30,000 (the amount for those upgrading from an Xbox 360). Please correct.

    Incorrect Rewards Points

    Hello SkyFire1327,

    I believe you may be looking at your Microsoft Rewards Credits. The console upgrade offer was done through the Xbox Live Rewards program, which will place Rewards Credits into your account. These Credits will be placed as pending 15 days after your shipping
    date. They will remain there until the next available deposit date, which occurs bi-monthly. At that point, they will be placed as currency into your Microsoft Account.

    The 50,000 Credit console offers were only for select members. Since you were not chosen for any of those offers, you received the default 30,000 Credit offer. You are only eligible for the offers shown on the MyMissions page while logged in.

    https://live.xbox.com/redeemtoken     but the code length is incorrect. We are following the instructions provided for choosing our reward and if this is incorrect we need corrected instructions.
