    Incorrect prices for the Xbox 360 Spring Sale promotion. [Portugal]


    Hello. I am interested in acquiring some backward compatibility games from the Spring Sale. The Portuguese webpage informs the following:

    GTA IV - 40% NON GOLD and 50% GOLD

    Call of Duty Black Ops II - 50% NON GOLD and 60% GOLD

    Blue Dragon - 50% NON GOLD and 60% GOLD

    Assassin's Creed Rogue - 50% NON GOLD and 60% GOLD

    With that said, actual regular prices and discounted prices are the following:

    GTA IV: 14.99 EUR regular and 12.49 EUR discounted, should be 7,50 EUR

    Call of Duty Black Ops II: 24.99 EUR regular and 19.99 EUR discounted, should be 9,99 EUR

    Blue Dragon: 9.99 EUR regular and 7.99 EUR discounted, should be 3,99 EUR

    Assassin's Creed Rogue: 9.99 EUR regular and 7.99 EUR discounted, should be 3,99 EUR

    As you see there is quite a difference from paying 48,46 EUR instead of 25,47 EUR. It's almost double the price. I am also providing screenshots of the informed prices as it's informed in the Portuguese Xbox official page. Can we get the prices fixed before
    the Spring Event is over?

    Ultimate Game Sale - Portugal

    It's working fine for me, and I am in Portugal as well. You can confirm it by manually searching the games from the promotion in the store.

    I would like to add one thing here. Some prices are very incorrect. Assassin's Creed Syndicate Gold Edition is said to be with 60% discount but it's costing 45 EUR. The price should be 28 EUR.

    Missed promo!

    Unfortunately support gave you incorrect information. Forum support does not have the ability to change the price. Once a promotion is over, there is no way to get the sale price again unless it goes on sale again. You can keep up with sales at majornelson.com

    The regular prices are not listed during the sale. So for example, GTA IV the 14.99 EUR is the 40% off of the regular price for non-gold members and the 12.49 EUR is the 50% off for gold members. The prices are correct.

    Yeah I was verifying a while ago the prices from the Brazilian market and if I convert them to EUR they match up. Thanks for the clarification
